Our health club functions with the aim of creating in our students a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. Health includes not only the obvious physical factors, but mental, emotional, social, and even spiritual factors as well. With this in mind, the health club of the college organizes yoga and meditation classes, guidance on mental and physical well being, awareness classes on life style diseases, and provide students opportunities for physical activities like sports and games.
The college has a health and wellness centre that started functioning in the year 2010, as a pioneer project of the Golden Jubilee celebrations and is running under the Department of Physical Education. A good number of equipments for exercise and body building are available at the centre.
